根据荷兰使馆的要求，需要准备一下材料：
1. 一张完整填写并签名的申根签证申请表
2. 两张照片。（彩色近照，正面，白色背景）
3. 在返回中国后有效期不少于90天的护照, 该护照必需有至少一页空白签证页，以及该护照身份页和签字页的复印件一张。
4. 身份证复印件，正反面都需复印。
5. 机票订位单。（注意：在获得签证批准前请不要购买机票！）
6. 医疗保险原件以及复印件,该保险必须适用于申根国,保险额为至少3万欧元的紧急医疗以及回国的医疗费用。（如果签证被拒绝，而保险公司不同意退还保险，可以选择在签证被批准后再递交保险单）
7. 在所有申根国停留的饭店定单
8. 荷兰公司的正式邀请信原件, 用英文或者荷兰文打印。（只有在紧急情况并经同意，邀请信的传真件可以接受，但还必须附签字人的护照/身份证复印件。）
请用官方抬头纸，注明邀请公司的完整地址，电话，传真，签字人的姓名以及职位。
- 注明访问目的,预计停留期限,和详细的日程安排
- 注明谁负责支付费用
- 如果邀请方支付费用，请提供邀请公司的财务状况证明
- 如果邀请人担保申请人按时回国，请注明。
- 邀请公司在当地的注册证明，该证明对决定签证结果会有帮助。
9. 申请人雇用方出具的经盖章的派遣信原件。需翻译成英文或荷兰文。
- 请用官方抬头纸，盖公章，并注明日期及签字人的姓名和职位。
- 注明雇用单位的完整地址，电话，传真。
- 注明申请人的姓名，职位，工资，以及工作年限。
- 注明申请人的访问目的，并确认访问完毕后继续在单位工作。
- 注明谁负责支付费用。
10. 中方单位营业执照，并附英文或荷兰文翻译。（原件+复印件）
11. 证明有足够资金，以支付旅行和生活费用：
- 如果雇佣单位付费：单位的财务状况证明（例如，银行对帐单，年终收支表复印件。）
- 如果申请人自己付费：个人的财务状况证明 （例如, 近三个月的工资单， 近三个月的银行对帐单，旅行支票等等）
一开始看到这些资料，头都晕了，最后准备下来其实也还好，很多东西走遍欧洲这里都是有模版的，自己再整理一下就好了。
1. 申请表。其实也不是很难，就是比较琐屑和麻烦，耐心点填就好了。
2+3+4 估计是最简单的几项，很容易准备啦。
5. 我是通过公司订的票，对方是旅行社，给了一张传真过来的定位单，签证下来后我才给钱出票的。
6. 买了友邦的保险609块，20天的签证计划险。
7. 因为是公务签证，所以荷兰公司的邀请信里说明了会包括酒店安排在内。后来我担心不够，又让对方提前把酒店订了，并出了个证明，但签证官并没有要求看。
8. 我们公司每年都有人去荷兰，所以已经有个很好的模版了。
9. 这个也是有模版的。
10. 公司的人力资源说不需要，因为我们之前办的时候，已经把营业执照的资料都放在那里，但我不放心，自己找个模版翻译了一下。签证官的确没有看。
11. 没有自己的资金证明，已说明荷兰公司全包了。
